Reggu Basic
The app gives stamps based on how many times a customer taps the synced badge — for example, 2 taps for 2 stamps. The earning mechanic itself (1 cup of coffee = 1 stamp, or spend 500 THB = 1 stamp) is fully customisable based on how you set it up.
Once a customer collects the final stamp, the reward automatically appears in their profile. They can tap to redeem it anytime within the validity period.
Insights into your customers' visit patterns — how many visited in a period, active members, first-time visitors, and a detailed activity log per customer (visits, stamps collected, rewards earned, plus name, age and phone). You'll also see reward insights: which rewards were redeemed or not, the redemption rate, and how many expired unclaimed.
We don't provide in-person training, but we offer step-by-step tutorials your team can self-learn anytime. The system is simple — it usually takes about 10 minutes to understand both the dashboard and the cashier counter flow.
4,500 THB is a lifetime usage fee — pay once and use the service as long as you want, no additional fees. Extra branches or synced badges cost more: 1,500 THB per additional branch, 500 THB per additional synced badge.
No, you can't see what customers ordered. However, you can see which rewards or menu items they have redeemed.
Yes — export easily from the dashboard. The export button is in the upper-right corner of the 'Members' and 'Visits' pages.
Yes. Manually give stamps by searching for a customer's phone number on the 'Give Stamps' page.
Unfortunately no — stamps can't be removed once they've been given.
Yes, you can set an expiry date directly from the dashboard.
Yes, you can set a reward expiry date directly from the dashboard.
Yes — set up multiple rewards live at once. All rewards are redeemed together once the card is completed; customers can't choose which one to redeem, regardless of how many you set up.
To transfer existing stamps to a new number, contact the Reggu support team — it must be handled on our end. Add us on LINE (@joinreggu) for support.
You can't migrate customer profiles from another platform into Reggu directly. If you need migration support, our upgraded Reggu Plus package may be able to help.
Yes. As long as the reward mechanic fits how you want to structure your benefits, it's perfectly fine to run multiple programs serving different purposes.
Yes — there's no limit to how many email addresses can access the dashboard. Add them yourself from the 'Team' page.
You can review the history in the 'Visits' page to see how many stamps were issued in a period and to which customers. Reggu can't fully guarantee against misuse or human error, so we recommend keeping your own internal controls and policies too.
Any smartphone works — whether iOS or Android.
Yes — we curate and promote selected shops through our social media content. This depends on the themes and locations we highlight each period; if your shop is a great match, we'd be happy to feature it.
